SUNDAY BLAT Empty SUNDAY BLAT

Post by billy f Fri Sep 25, 2015 1:56 pm

Off for a blat this Sunday morning with a Tiger and a Dax Rush on the country roads between Biggleswade and St Neots. Very early start and finishing off with a breakfast.

Ed and I have had a couple of blats, and its something I would like to do more off.

The group I am off with this Sunday, one of them has planned a route on "Tyre" (programme off the internet) and then e-mailed it out to the rest of us as an ITN file which can be downloaded onto some TomToms (generally the older models). That way you can run at your own pace and not miss any of the junctions/turns.

Would love to join you but instead I am going to watch 30 men chase an egg around a field.

Never bloody made it Sad

Checking over car and why the engine is breathing heavy, and it turned out to be detonation damage to No3 piston, so instead of a nice run out in the sunshine, I was stripping the engine.

His name is Chris, and he has a Tiger Supercat with a 2.0 BT.

Maybe when I am back on the road, and Ian has the Fury sorted, we can have a run out with Chris and some others. Probably in the Market Harborough area as it would be reasonably central for all of us.
